Two managers are leaving. One has put his two weeks in and the other is going to do so in a little bit. One is actually not going to Rave anymore, just going to tutor ... the other is still going. Either way, it figures to not be as bad as I originally thought so that's a bonus.

I should start subbing this coming week. I kind of don't want to because I enjoy having some days off and I won't anymore if I sub but it'll get me out of the house more and I'll make more money too ... not to mention the whole practice aspect.

Jeff told Ed about people leaving Regal and applying at Rave. I'm not entirely sure what he is trying to accomplish because they are not going to get rid of Rich just because a few people are leaving. Rich isn't actually bad except he needs to work on his personnel skills. People are getting annoyed by little things and are then interested in departing. I dealt with a GM change before and I know what everyone is going through but every GM is different and a part of life is change -- as much as we don't like it. Eventually people will leave as they find new jobs and I'm sure many of the managers are actively looking for that new job but that is no fault of Rich's I don't think. I think people just get motivated to leave when their boss is gone. Just my thought on it.

I wonder how many people read this blog anymore. I know Laura commented on my last entry and it says I have over 10000 hits but that was since the start of this blog, which was a while ago. Hmmmmmm.
