It sounds like Maine has split up its 4 electoral votes. 2 go to the winner (Kerry) and the other two are split for whoever wins those districts. Kerry has one other and one is floating around. Potentially it could actually come down to that 1 electoral vote. How sick is that? I don't think we should be splitting up our electoral votes like that ... especially only in certain states. Either split all of them up or don't split. Just my opinion obviously but it's nuts.

So much thanks to Eminem for jumping on the Kerry bandwagon and making an anti-Bush song ... that sure hasn't been thought of before. Oh wait.

This election is just crazy. It's currently 210 to 144 I believe (according to Fox News). It's just nuts. They are showing that Ohio may very well go to Bush, which would put Kerry in serious trouble since Bush has other blue states he can capture and Kerry doesn't have other red states to grab. Good news for us conservatives ... not good for liberals.

I look forward to seeing 2 new candidates in 4 years. I know I have a while and I'll be 25 by then (ahh!) but it should be exciting to see two new and hopefully dynamic candidates. In the mean time ... I hope and expect Bush will win. PA did not vote for Bush in the end so the liberal majority here can sleep easy knowing they did their part.

I really really should have studied for a test today. I'm irritated with myself that I did not but ... what can be done. I did the shy thing today at Quiznos that I randomly do. I think Gretchen may just kill me and get it over with. She keeps teasing me about this execution and I have seen no death yet (don't expect you to understand).

I guess I'm done. Just wanted to comment on the race. To be "unbiased" is not possible for me but I'm sure most don't expect me to be. I can try though ... Kerry is putting up a good effort but I think Bush will win easier than last time. Ohio may swing towards Kerry and make things interesting again but we shall see. Anyway, have a good night.

I am pleasantly amused. Having a four hour time zone advantage over young Chuck, I'm up late enough to see Bush all but sew it up.

Also it looks like the Republicans will maintain and increase a majority in the Senate. (Annoyingly, one Seattle paper made the Senate victory sound like a military coup.)

So anyhow, I get a little grin thinking that Chuck will awaken to somne good news. I unfortuately will awaken to slush and rain, but the Universe must maintain soome sort of balance I suppose.)
