Greetings Blog reader! It's so good to see you. OK, so I cannot actually see you but I thank you for stopping by.

It's been quite warm and summer-like these past few days. I kind of like it ... certainly more than the icy cold I feel during winter. Bleh.

Work has been fine the last couple of days. I know you were all worried that it would not be good but it was fine. That is good news.

I met with my other co-op this past week (I don't remember if I mentioned that or not in my previous entry). I don't have the textbook but she is going to photocopy the chapter I'll be teaching to them in the fall. I start there (at Lower Macungie Middle School) at the beginning of September. Essentially, I am all geared up to go then. I'm a bit nervous since I'm feeling overwhelmed not knowing if I'll be successful at this teaching thing but that is what this is all about, right? I'm supposed to be learning here and developing my teaching style. I can do it. One thing my co-op said, "if you're not organized already, get organized quickly, you'll be glad you did." Good idea ... but I think I'll procrastinate until August first and then do that. :-)

So what have I been up to? Well, mostly hanging out with Emily. I realized today that there is currently nothing else to do. That'll change as people graduate/finish their school year. Then I or Emily and I can do something else besides watching TV and going to the park. Those are fun too but having others to hang out with is a bonus.

I don't know if I emphasized this enough last time: Cinderella Man is incredible, go see it. I don't care what Russell Crowe's "home life" is like throwing phones at people and such but that doesn't change the fact that he is a good actor and portrays James Braddock quite well.

So I just found out that the Watchmen comic adaptation has been canned (adaptation meaning movie). I hadn't read the comic but I heard it is quite good. Maybe they'll try again in a few years.

Ummmmmmm ... yes. So I guess that's all I have for today. I wanted to write a slightly longer entry since I haven't done that in a bit. OK, well I'll go now. Have a good day/night.
