I had class today. 9 - 1. Afterwards, I called Laura and we went to eat at China Moon. While at China Moon, we ate some chinese food (this is not so strange) and they were playing Christmas carols over the speakers (on the strange side). Now, I like a good Christmas carol but they played a whole CD of songs such as "Jingle Bells" and none of the other customers even thought anything of these songs being played ... and obviously neither did the workers of the restaurant. Anyway, then Laura and I went to check out her new workplace and the simplicity of driving from there to NCC. Then we were going to go see a movie but her work called and asked if she could come in. She went in so now I sit here doing nothing and thinking about who I could call.

I'm sort of confused a bit. Can't really explain why and it's probably just me.

I started thinking about researching my first paper. This is a big step for me.

Christmas songs were playing at China Moon. I'm still weirded out by that. Laura and I both sat there staring at each other blankly and then started chuckling (no pun intended) at the fact that these songs were actually playing. I found it quite funny ... almost choked on a noodle. (Chicken Lo Mein has noodles).

Oh, while we were at the chinese place, some lady was complaining about the "spoiled" chicken they had at the restaurant. I was confused and Laura was irritated since the lady was using stereotypes such as, "I don't want to generalize but these type of people would rather lose a customer than lose 5 bucks" and other such phrases. :: shakes head :: I told Laura she is not allowed to attack because that is illegal in many parts of the world including this one.

It's hotter out today than I expected. I'm not really feeling like doing much but I'm supposed to go to Banana Joe's later tonight to watch Emily's Toybox. Hopefully that'll be fun.

Well, I guess I should go find something to do. Bye!
